

Several weekends a month, Jean François welcomes you in his kitchen to introduce you or to help you to improve in the culinary arts.
It is not about a simple cooking demonstration but about a real practical cooking course in which you will take an active part and where you will savour the delicacies you have made during the day.

And yet, successfully completing a recipe needs some culinary knowledge that many people do not or badly master. That is just on these points that we propose you to work with Dans la Cuisine de Jean-François (In Jean-François kitchen). Our teaching methods are completely different from those you can find in most of the today cooking courses because it is about inculcating in the trainees basic techniques, knacks and tricks of a chef thanks to a recipe, which is only an aid serving to teach a know-how and not the opposite. That is how you will discover the basis of cooking: correct use of the equipment, cut of meat, fish and vegetables, cooking time and way, cooking juices and reduced stocks will not be a secret for you anymore! |
We propose you 3 types of training courses (Classic, Dietetics and Individual courses).
No course requires prior knowledge of cooking. You can opt for the training course of your choice, whatever your level may be.
It is also important to remind you that our courses are only given in French, that the number of students is limited to 6 and that the courses are ensured from 3 participants. You can also previously form a group yourself in order to study a specific subject. You just have to contact us and we will certainly find the option that suits you. |

Our Classic training courses lasting from 1 to 2.5 days, deal with different most common gastronomic themes. They are aimed at people wishing to develop their culinary skills in a spirit of play!

If you want to modify in long term your culinary approach according to specific criterions (low-calorie food…), our Dietetics training courses will perfectly suit you.

Finally, your chef Jean François offers to come and meet you directly in your country, thanks to the “Individual training courses” !
In addition, the teaching of the basic principles will be present in all the courses: choice and preservation of the products, laying of tables and cooking basis techniques. |
